Corrado M. Torrico, 100, of Binghamton, NY, passed away on November 4, 2024 in Franklin, TN. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Torrico, his parents, Pasquale and Angelina Torrico; his siblings John Torrico, Carmine Torrico, Giovannina Marchione, Anonetta Izzo and Clementina Cannone.  He is survived by his son Mario Torrico (Leslie) of Franklin, TN, grandson Matthew Torrico (Rachel) of Hermitage, TN and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Corrado was born  June 29, 1924,  in Casale, Italy, where his love of being outdoors and gardening began on his parent's farm. In 1943, he graduated from the police academy in Caserta, Italy, and served as a police officer in Rome. During the Nazi occupation of Italy, he was forced into hiding. Once Italy was liberated he resumed his duties as a police officer, and he immigrated to the United States in 1948. He and Mary were wed in November of 1948. He had a natural talent for masonry and building and took great pride in the two homes and cottage he built for his family. He retired from GAF Corporation, where he made many lifelong friends who continued to meet every month for breakfast until Cory was well into his 90's. He took great pleasure in spending time with family and friends and was always eager to help anyone who needed it.

Services for the family will be private, with Fr. Arthur Krawcenko from St. Paul’s Church in Binghamton officiating. Please express condolences to the family at www.SavageFS.com. Full obituary also available at www.TiersNews.com. Arrangements entrusted to SAVAGE-DeMarco Funeral Service.
